Duck Creek Billing QA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Duck Creek Billing Quality Analyst Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing systems, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.Job Summary:Job Responsibilities• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Billing applications.• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.• Collaborate with development, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.• Validate data integrity and billing workflows across Duck Creek modules.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.• Support UAT and production deployment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications• Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, especially Billing and Policy modules.• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a plus.• Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
