Description

Role Overview

The focus is an agentic AI application for fraud investigation, with the broader goal of creating a reusable library of applications that can be configured and deployed for customers and prospects.

We are looking for self-starters who can take a customer problem from concept to a complete, production-ready application with limited direction.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build complete agentic AI and graph-based applications.
  • Develop agents, tool-calling workflows, GraphRAG, vector search, MCP tools, APIs, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Build customer-facing interfaces, visualizations, investigation workflows, authentication, and permissions.
  • Implement agent memory, orchestration, observability, auditing, evaluation, and monitoring.
  • Design secure, scalable, reliable, and reusable architectures that can be deployed across customers.
  • Deploy applications in public cloud, private cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
  • Productize customer-specific solutions by separating reusable capabilities from customer configuration and integrations.
  • Build automated test coverage, CI/CD, deployment automation, and production-readiness practices.
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into working software and rapidly incorporate feedback.

Technical Profile

Strong experience in several of the following areas:

  • Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, tool use, and multi-step workflows
  • Graph databases, graph algorithms, knowledge graphs, RAG, and GraphRAG
  • Full-stack application development and interactive visualization
  • APIs, MCP tools, integrations, and event-driven services
  • Authentication, authorization, RBAC, and enterprise security
  • Agent memory, state management, observability, evaluation, and auditing
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure; Kubernetes and containerization
  • On-premises and hybrid deployment
  • Automated testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production operations

Requirements

Candidate Characteristics

  • Strong system design, problem-solving, and full-stack engineering skills
  • Self-starter with ownership, urgency, and the ability to work with limited direction
  • Comfortable operating in a small team and working through ambiguity
  • Able to balance rapid delivery with scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability
  • Product-oriented, with the ability to turn custom requirements into reusable solutions
  • Committed to automated testing, code quality, and production readiness
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and open to feedback
  • Able to communicate technical decisions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly

What Success Looks Like

A successful engineer will:

  • Turn customer use cases into working applications quickly.
  • Own major capabilities from design through production deployment.
  • Build secure, scalable, observable, and well-tested enterprise applications.
  • Convert customer implementations into configurable, reusable products.
  • Deliver measurable customer value and help move opportunities from demonstration to deployment.
  • Balance immediate delivery with the long-term development of a productized application library.
