Role Description

BA / Consultant I | Grade B3 | India Role Overview Role / Grade / Location BA / Consultant I | B3 | India Discovery Track Discovery Support / Process Documentation Role Summary Supports CXI Discovery through current-state documentation, workshop notes, analysis support, process documentation, and follow-up tracking across assigned discovery tracks. CXI Discovery Scope Current-state assessment, process documentation, workshop support, analysis support, meeting notes, action-item follow-up, and repository maintenance. Key Responsibilities • Capture workshop notes, decisions, action items, business rules, assumptions, and open questions. • Create and maintain process maps, current-state documentation, assessment notes, and discovery artifacts. • Assist with research, data gathering, process analysis, and preparation of summary findings. • Maintain document repositories and ensure traceability between workshops, findings, and deliverables. • Support Consultants and BA Leads with analysis, follow-ups, and presentation-ready content. Required Qualifications • 2-5+ years in consulting, business analysis, PMO, or project coordination. • Healthcare domain experience is required, with healthcare payer, claims, member experience, G&A, audit, or regulatory workflow exposure preferred based on track assignment. • Strong documentation, analytical, organization, and written communication skills. • Familiarity with process mapping, requirements documentation, and Microsoft Office tools. • Experience supporting workshops and distributed delivery teams preferred. Key Competencies / Deliverables Competencies: Documentation, workshop support, current-state assessment, process analysis, research, follow-up tracking, attention to detail. Primary deliverables: Workshop notes, action tracker inputs, process maps, assessment notes, findings log, repository artifacts.
