Role Description

Project Manager I – CXI Discovery

Experience: 9+ Years

Role Summary

Support an 8-week CXI Discovery program by coordinating project plans, workshops, schedules, RAID tracking, deliverables, and governance across multiple tracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plan, milestones, workshop calendar, and deliverable tracker.
• Coordinate stakeholder workshops, meetings, actions, and decisions.
• Maintain RAID, dependency, and action logs and drive timely closure.
• Support governance, status reporting, resource coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure follow-up on workshop outcomes and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years in relevant Project Management / PMO / Project Coordination.
• US Healthcare domain experience mandatory, preferably Payer, Claims, Member Experience, G&A, Audit, or Regulatory.
• Strong stakeholder management, scheduling, RAID, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Key Deliverables: Project Plan, Workshop Calendar, RAID/Action Log, Status Pack, Deliverable Tracker, Meeting Notes, Decision Log.
