Key responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product/service quality

2. Organize and present data using MS Excel tools such as pivot tables, charts, and formulas

3. Collaborate with team members to derive actionable insights from the data

4. Maintain detailed records of feedback and prepare summary reports

5. Conduct extensive customer calls to gather insights and resolve queries

Requirements

1 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, charts, formulas)

2 Strong communication skills and fluency in English

3 Knowledge of any ERP/tools for data handling is a plus

NOTE: This role is completely onsite & 6-days (Mon-Sat) working in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
