Roles & Responsibilities: # Agri Business Trainee – 3 Career Tracks 1. Agri Advisor * Guide farmers on seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other agri-inputs based on their needs. * Build strong and trusted relationships with farmers. * Make outbound calls and recommend the right products and farming practices. * Drive sales, upselling, and cross-selling through farmer interactions. * Follow up with farmers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. * Continuously improve agri knowledge, product knowledge, and sales skills. 2. Store In-Charge * Manage the store end-to-end, from opening to closing. * Understand farmer requirements and recommend suitable agri-input products. * Drive retail sales and achieve store targets. * Manage inventory, stock movement, billing, and daily store operations. * Ensure proper product storage, store hygiene, and process compliance. * Build strong relationships with farmers and ensure a great customer experience. 3. Sales Officer * Conduct farmer meetings, field visits, and product demonstrations. * Build and manage a strong farmer and retailer network. * Drive retail sales and territory growth. * Promote agri-input products and generate demand among farmers. * Collect farmer feedback, market insights, and competitor information. * Share field insights to support product development and improvement. * Achieve assigned sales and farmer engagement targets. Qualifications: Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, or a related field.
