Chief Technology Officer
AIM
Description
Everything comes out of the ground. Therefore, scalable earthmoving is required for our civilization to exist.
- Our physical world is made of minerals, concrete, ground shaped for any structure, roads, power grids…
- Everything from your breakfast today to the device you are reading this on requires a single primitive: molecules of material have to move.
- AIM is the physical AI platform that moves those molecules autonomously
The AIM Platform is commercially deployed across mining and construction and is entering a critical scale phase. We aren't building a smarter machine; we are building the operating system that automates the reshaping of our planet.
As CTO, you architect the autonomous future with a maximum degree of autonomy. Your mandate is landing technical solutions in complex global ecosystems, ensuring autonomous fleets deliver peak safety and productivity. Your contributions drive company scale and culture.
-
Org & Roadmap: Lead a multidisciplinary elite engineering team breaking new ground. Balance immediate customer needs with a long-term roadmap for planetary-scale terraforming while maintaining a high-bar, safe culture.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Deep Tech & Growth Expert: Proven track record landing hardware-integrated products in production. You thrive in building resilient systems under market demand pressure, and distinguishing SaaS playbooks from physical realities.
-
Autonomous Visionary: You possess a founder mindset—defining the path and executing with precision. You understand how AIM OS is automating the building of the physical fabric of our civilization.
-
Leadership: 8+ years experience (CTO/Head of Eng) in Autonomous Vehicles or Deep Tech, with a record of building orgs that ship learned systems in unstructured environments.
