AIM

Seattle
Full-Time

Description

Everything comes out of the ground. Therefore, scalable earthmoving is required for our civilization to exist.

  • Our physical world is made of minerals, concrete, ground shaped for any structure, roads, power grids…
  • Everything from your breakfast today to the device you are reading this on requires a single primitive: molecules of material have to move.
  • AIM is the physical AI platform that moves those molecules autonomously

The AIM Platform is commercially deployed across mining and construction and is entering a critical scale phase. We aren't building a smarter machine; we are building the operating system that automates the reshaping of our planet.

As CTO, you architect the autonomous future with a maximum degree of autonomy. Your mandate is landing technical solutions in complex global ecosystems, ensuring autonomous fleets deliver peak safety and productivity. Your contributions drive company scale and culture.

  • Org & Roadmap: Lead a multidisciplinary elite engineering team breaking new ground. Balance immediate customer needs with a long-term roadmap for planetary-scale terraforming while maintaining a high-bar, safe culture.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Deep Tech & Growth Expert: Proven track record landing hardware-integrated products in production. You thrive in building resilient systems under market demand pressure, and distinguishing SaaS playbooks from physical realities.

  • Autonomous Visionary: You possess a founder mindset—defining the path and executing with precision. You understand how AIM OS is automating the building of the physical fabric of our civilization.

  • Leadership: 8+ years experience (CTO/Head of Eng) in Autonomous Vehicles or Deep Tech, with a record of building orgs that ship learned systems in unstructured environments.

  • Technical Fluency: Expert in AI/ML stacks, robotics software, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. Proven success scaling teams during hypergrowth. Based in or relocating to the Greater Seattle Area.
