Team Lead Developer

As a Team Lead at Airpay Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting the engineering landscape and architecting the lending platform tailored for both B2B and B2C segments. Your mission involves converting product visions into actionable technical strategies, closely collaborating with the development team to ensure their successful execution. This role demands a passionate individual keen on guiding engineering practices and nurturing product evolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Application Maintenance & Support • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications. • Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and optimization tasks. • Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports. • Ensure high system uptime and quick turnaround for incidents. 2. Change Requests & Enhancements • Review change requests (CRs) and assess impact, effort, and dependencies. • Implement small to medium enhancements to improve system functionality. • Collaborate with QA teams for testing and validation of fixes. 3. Production Support & Incident Management • Lead L2/L3 support for applications and environments. • Investigate root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. • Implement preventive actions to reduce future incidents. • Ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs. 4. Code Quality & Technical Improvements • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. • Refactor legacy code for performance, readability, or maintainability. 5. Documentation & Compliance • Maintain technical documentation, support guides, and troubleshooting steps. • Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and IT governance standards. • Maintain version control and release notes. 6. Team Leadership• Mentor junior developers • Track ticket volumes, SLA adherence, and team performance. • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams. • Conduct regular review meetings and status reporting

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in development and must have 3+ years of experience in leading team.
