UI/UX Designer

Location: Pune,Maharashtra,India

We are looking to hire an exceptional user interface and experience (UI/UX) designer to join our Product Design team. In this role, you will interact with cross-functional teams of product managers, UI developers, systems engineers and customers to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for AirTight products and Web applications. You will be expected to brainstorm, conceptualize, design, test and refine user interfaces and usability workflows. Typical deliverables will include wireframes, workflow diagrams, design mockups and interactive prototypes—all within specified product requirements and release deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Individuals interested in applying for this position must meet the following requirements.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably for enterprise Web applications, with a compelling portfolio that you can showcase
• Highly creative individual with a passion for user-centered design, fluency in contemporary design aesthetics and practices, and an eye for subtle detail
• Ability to quickly grasp and analyze complex UI/UX design issues and distill them into clean and simple solutions
• Self-motivated individual who can flourish in a fast-paced iterative, and deadline-driven work environment
• Good organization and communication (spoken and written English) skills
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and HTML5/CSS3; experience in responsive UI design for mobile-friendly Web applications would be a big plus
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Design or related field; Human Computer Interaction (HCI) degree/certification or related experience would be a big plus
