BDM Merchant - Female

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive female candidate to join our team as a Sales Merchant. This role involves extensive communication with customers, order processing, customer interaction, payment follow-ups, and contributing to customer acquisition efforts.

Tasks

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Process orders received from customers efficiently and accurately.

• Interact with customers through various channels to ensure a positive experience.

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely resolution of any payment-related issues.

• Actively contribute to customer acquisition strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficient in English with average speaking and writing skills.
• Strong email communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for order processing and data management.
• Proven track record in customer interaction and relationship management.
• Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Minimum 1 Year Exp in the relevant Job Profile.
