Schools Coordinator - Mumbai

As an Schools Coordinator, you will play a leadership role in implementing the Akshar Education Model in Government Schools across Mumbai. You will act as the primary liaison between Akshar and the school administration, working closely with the School Head and Government teachers to plan, coordinate, and deliver program activities. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to train and support the team in using Akshar's innovative teaching tools. You will also lead a small team of social workers and oversee the vocational training component of the program.

Graduation/ PostgraduateMinimum 2 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a school, educational program, or NGO. Proficiency in English,Hindi and Marathi (spoken, written, and reading).
