Data Full Stack

Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system. Our vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all.

  • going deep into health consumption patterns,
  • understanding our product usage,

**We also believe in having a full stack approach:- Each one of us contributes to all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science). This encourages strong ownership and drives impact.

• We own our infrastructure. We pride ourselves on a nimble data stack that gives us the flexibility we need. We're mainly using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase.

• We build in-house tooling to organize our data and serve it to the rest of the company.**

• Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them

• Demonstrated impact during a first successful experience.

• Experience or willingness to grow in all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science) -- being specialized in one of these areas is good too!

• Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R- Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft

• Great listening and communication skills

• Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)

• Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!)
