Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist responsible for assisting new clients during the onboarding process, understanding their requirements, and ensuring smooth platform setup and initial configuration.

• Understand client requirements during the onboarding phase.
• Assist clients with platform setup, account configuration, and initial walkthrough.
• Coordinate with technical and product teams to implement client requirements.
• Provide basic training and guidance to clients on using the platform.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and client records.
• Ensure smooth handover to the support or account management team after onboarding.
• Track onboarding progress and update internal systems.
• Address basic queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.

Requirements

• Experience working with WhatsApp API, SMS platforms, chatbot platforms, or SaaS tools.
• Familiarity with client onboarding processes or customer success operations.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into operational steps.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or communication platforms.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
