WordPress Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should

have strong knowledge of WordPress development, theme customization, plugin

integration, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

●Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.

●Create and modify custom templates and child themes.

●Install, configure, and update plugins as needed.

●Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

●Troubleshoot and fix website issues and bugs.

●Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement website features.

●Maintain website security and perform regular updates.

●Manage website backups and migrations when required.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

●Experience with other page builders (e.g., WPBakery, Divi).

●Familiarity with WooCommerce setup & customization.

●Knowledge of version control (Git).

●Experience with website migration and multi-site setups.

●Knowledge of performance testing tools (Google PageSpeed, GTMetrix).

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●2–3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.

●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

●Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.

●Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

●Experience with custom themes and plugins.

●Knowledge of website performance optimization.

●Familiarity with SEO best practices.

●Ability to work with APIs and third-party integrations.

●Basic understanding of MySQL database.

●Good communication and problem-solving skills.
