Functional Analyst, Oracle ERP & HCM Center of Excellence

Your role, your impact

As a Functional Analyst within the Oracle ERP & HCM Center of Excellence (CoE), you'll play a critical role in supporting the configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM. You'll work closely with Human Capital stakeholders, business analysts, functional owners, solution architects, and technical teams to support Oracle HCM projects, enhancements, and ongoing operations. Your ability to understand business requirements, configure Oracle Fusion HCM, execute functional testing, support data conversion and reporting activities, and collaborate across functional and technical teams will directly contribute to successful project delivery, operational readiness, user adoption, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM solutions.
