Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & ORC Techno-Functional Consultant, you'll play a critical role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR solutions within a global onsite-offshore delivery model. You'll leverage your expertise in Core HR configuration, Workforce Structures, Person Management, Journeys, Fast Formulas, approvals, security, data migration, and HCM technical capabilities to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle solutions. Your ability to lead functional configurations, collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, support data migration and integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide hands-on technical and functional expertise will directly contribute to successful implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
