Primary Purpose of Role: The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, combining business analysis, project execution, product management, and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement. This role ensures high-quality, scalable solutions that meet global business needs while operating effectively within a matrix organization. This role calls for interaction with direct leadership and accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs with clear ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Own and deliver project plans, release roadmaps, and delivery milestones, with regular status reporting and executive-level updates
- Oversee business analysis activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality Business Process Flows, Requirements Documents, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery via well-maintained backlogs, sprint plans, and documentation artifacts
- Drive product management practices by maintaining prioritized product backlogs, release plans, and continuous improvement pipelines
- Deliver measurable product enhancements through regular releases, feature adoption tracking, and user feedback incorporation
- Establish and own the test strategy, test plans, and test execution governance, ensuring all deliverables meet defined quality standards
- Ensure production readiness through UAT sign-offs, defect management reports, and release readiness checklists
- Monitor and report on quality metrics including defect leakage, test coverage, and post-release stability, driving corrective actions where needed
- Manage and deliver risk registers, issue logs, and dependency tracking, ensuring proactive mitigation and timely resolution
- Operate within a global matrix organization, delivering cross-functional alignment plans, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement updates
- Provide HR leadership for Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, including delivery of performance reviews, development plans, and team capability assessments
- Establish team objectives and track individual and team performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Drive continuous improvement by delivering retrospective outputs, process improvement plans, and implementation tracking
- Ensure governance and compliance through standardized documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to organizational delivery frameworks

- Proactive Risk Management and helping project teams to drive Risk Mitigation Plans to overcome project delivery hurdles

- Engaging right team members cross functionally based on roles and responsibilities defined by the project charter
- Identifying lessons learned and continuously applying lessons learned as part of risk mitigation and project delivery metrics

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Experience:
· Required:
o 3-5 years of experience in IT Delivery Manager role
o A motivated, self-starter with IT Delivery, project management and communication skills
o Ability to manage multiple delivery efforts of varying complexity simultaneously
Ability to manage multiple delivery efforts of varying complexity simultaneously
Preferred:
o Experience in managing IT Delivery in Manufacturing / Engineering / IT Infrastructure, IT Security or Marketing and Sales functions
o IT Delivery with an IT integrator
o Project Management training or relevant certifications
Scrum Master Training or certification
Scope Factors:
- Managed projects with focus towards Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality
- Develop and track all project activities at detailed level, including detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports
- Manage execution of day-to-day project activities including SDLC and SOX documentation and approvals
- Manage all project deliverables based on RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix), Project Exit/Closeout criteria and Project Success factors
- Monitors project metrics for deviations in quality, cost, or schedule
- Report Project Risks and Delivery Deviations (Scope, Cost, Schedule, and Quality) to management and seeks alignment from the Steering Committee prior to implementing mitigation plans
- Manage project team members and vendors to deliver projects in a Global Organization working with resource located globally
- Willing to work until 1 pm EST to have an overlap with onsite working hours.
