3 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

   Assembly :

1. Safety conscious & Adherence to Safety practises at respective work area

2. Production – Carry out production as per defined work instruction.

3. Quality at work by following TPM standards, VC check sheets, EPSV, One point lessons, quality alerts & Visual Aids

4. Ability to read work instruction to carry out change over, tool change, grease change, transynd oil Filling and rework

5. Knowledge on basic assembly process and rework Skill

6. Knowledge on process correction, storage of tools, jigs and other accessories.

7. Execute basic oil management at assembly

8. Identify deviation/ error in product & report

9. Usage of designated container at location and 3C & 5S management at assembly

10. Autonomous maintenance updation and Understanding of machine elements basic functions

11. Documentation of production, quality & safety parameters

12. Reporting of Machine breakdown

13. Tool life recording

14. Involve improvement activities

15. Sustain existing process, without deviation.

16. LPA checking

17. Engage actively at SDWT meeting & solve production, quality, maintenance, safety, HR and 5S related issues

18. Maintain IATF requirements in line as per procedure

19. Maintaining production, quandary and FTQ records
