• key Responsibilities :
• Tool Engineer responsible for Tools management control, Tools & Fixture Maintenance, Procurement, and Inventory maintenance.
• Resharpening and regrinding of cutting tools management
• Machine installation coordination and conducting machine trial.
• Purchase requisition / Purchase order and follow up with Vendor for on time delivery of tools.
• Trial material follow-up.
• Monthly report of Tools consumption / Tools Breakage / Tools Cost / Cost savings.
• Ensure 100% system adherence & Safety practices in Workplace.
• Should have knowledge and practices of process documents.

Should have knowledge of Tool setting, Tool inventory, Tool inspection and trouble shooting

• Kaizen on tool cost reduction
• Zero safety incident
• 3C / 5S Adherence

Competencies and Behaviours:

• Knowledge in Manufacturing Process.
• Basic Knowledge of AM & FI pillar

• Corrective action for Tool failure & Tool idle loss.
• Novice / Intermediate level of proficiency in using of Microsoft tools
