Key Responsibilities: • Deliver Production output.

• Follow Safety practices in Workplace.

• Ensure 100% system adherence.

• Should have knowledge & Practice AM pillar.

• Focus on Continuous improvements (TAGE)

Key Performance Measures:

• OPE target should meet the target.

• Zero safety incident

• Inhouse rejection % should meet the target.

Competencies and Behaviours: • Should have skills in general CNC machining process.

• Tooling Knowledge

• Basic Knowledge on AM pillar

• Basic communication

Qualifications: • DME / BE

Experience: • 2~5 years
