Service Coordinator

We have an job opening for "Service Coordinator" position in our company located at Hebbal Kempapura, Bangalore location.

Qualification : Diploma/ Any Graduate

Experience : 0 - 3 Years

Salary - Upto 20K per Month

Preferred only Bangalore candidates.

Preferred candidates who stays in and around Hebbal location or ready to relocate.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge service desk.

2. Coordination with technicians on jobs schedule and update.

3. Coordination with customers for the install service schedule.

4. Tracking movement of RMA spares and panels to customers.

5. Communication with other regions customers and sales team.

6. Updating SOP in service desk

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is must)

8. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

9. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
