Head –Wealth and Equity Broking

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Wealth and Equity broking division for New Delhi. The Head – Wealth and Equity Broking will be responsible for managing the current teams, driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and strategically expanding into new markets. This leadership role demands a strong vision, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities: · Lead, manage, and mentor the existing Wealth and Equity broking teams for New Delhi. · Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the division's assets under management (AUM) and client base. · Identify opportunities to expand the team and footprint into additional markets or cities. · Build strong client relationships, focusing on client retention, new client acquisition, and deepening wallet share. · Oversee advisory offerings across equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, and alternative investment products. · Ensure the teams maintain high standards of advisory excellence, compliance, and risk management. · Work closely with research, product, operations, and digital teams to deliver holistic investment solutions. · Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to innovate and stay ahead in the market. · Drive performance metrics, revenue targets, and operational efficiency across all locations. · Report directly to the MD with updates on business performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Post graduate in marketing or other relevant qualifications in finance, business, or investment management. 20+ years of experience in private wealth management, equity advisory or financial services leadership. Proven experience in managing teams across multiple locations. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment advisory, regulatory frameworks, and risk management. Ability to drive business growth while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and relationship management skills. Entrepreneurial approach to business expansion and team building.
