HR Coordinator
Altarum
Description
At Altarum, we're driven by a simple but powerful mission: improving the health of individuals with fewer financial resources and populations underserved by the healthcare system. We partner with federal and state agencies to design and deliver solutions that make a real, measurable difference.
We're a small but mighty HR team that plays a big role in supporting our people and our mission; and we're looking for someone who's excited to jump in, contribute, and grow with us!
This is not your typical "behind-the-scenes" coordinator role.
As our HR Coordinator, you'll be a critical partner to both HR and Talent Acquisition, helping ensure everything runs smoothly — from welcoming new hires to keeping our HR operations organized and responsive.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Love being thego-to support person
- Take pride in being responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Enjoy juggling multiple priorities and keeping things moving
- Are energized by helping others and making processes better This role is perfect for someone who truly enjoys being in a high-impact coordination role; someone who is energized by helping others, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly every day. There is room to grow on our team; but we're looking for someone who truly enjoys and excels in the coordinator/support space today.

-
Jump in wherever needed; we're a small team, and we all roll up our sleeves
-
