Role Description

Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in React and Python for application development. Hands-on experience with GCP and Vertex AI for AI model deployment. Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Gemini. Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs. Expertise in leveraging the AI tools such as GHC, Claude. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate with and manage client interactions. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in application development, with a focus on AI-based projects. Prior experience working on client-facing projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
