Role Summary
Design, build, and support scenarios that automate workflows and data movement between business systems. Focus on reliable operations, clean data mapping, clear logs, and predictable error handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scenarios using webhooks, schedulers, routers, filters, iterators, and aggregators
- Configure and support integrations using common connectors and the HTTP module (REST APIs, JSON payloads, headers, query parameters)
- Implement error handling patterns (error handler routes, retries, fallback paths) and ensure failures produce actionable logs
- Apply idempotency and de-duplication controls to prevent double-creates and inconsistent updates (lookups, unique keys, conditional logic)
- Normalize and validate incoming data (required fields, type checks, date formatting, basic transformations)
- Troubleshoot failed runs, identify root cause, and deliver fixes with minimal disruption
- Document scenarios (purpose, trigger, inputs/outputs, assumptions, runbook steps) so they can be supported by others
- Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm requirements, test cases, and expected outputs
- Integrate with third-party APIs, databases, CRMs, messaging platforms (e.g., email, chat), and internal tools.
- Work with OpenAI APIs to enable responses and AI-driven actions where required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automation, integrations, operations support, or a related technical role
- Hands-on experience with Make.com including troubleshooting and error handling
- Comfortable working with JSON, HTTP methods (GET/POST/PUT), Webhooks, and authentication basics (Bearer token, Basic)
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow controlled change procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating systems such as Salesforce, Jira, NetSuite, Microsoft 365, or similar SaaS platforms
- Basic understanding of data structures and relational concepts (IDs, parent-child relationships, lookup patterns)
- Familiarity with webhook testing tools and log-driven debugging
- Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM services.
- Familiarity with other middleware platforms such as Jitterbit, n8n is a plus
Core Skills
- Make.com scenario design: routing, filtering, mapping, scheduling, error handlers
- HTTP integrations: composing requests, parsing responses, handling pagination and rate limits (basic level)
- Data quality controls: validation, normalization, dedupe logic, safe update patterns
- Operational support: monitoring runs, incident notes, regression testing after changes
- Connections: Create new and maintain existing
- Datastores: Create, Maintain, and utilize as appropriate to implement robust solutions
Working Hours
Aligned to India business hours with defined overlap to support US and EU stakeholders as required.

- Reduced duplicate records and fewer data quality issues due to guardrails
