Amazon's IN MM ACES team is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Program Manager. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational expert who can also think strategically — someone who can author SOPs, drive improvement programs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable quality outcomes.
As an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Manager, you will drive process standardization for the sort center network. You will centrally drive programs that contribute to the optimization of the Operations, providing operators with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve performance. The person should have a good understanding of a business requirement and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular reporting/BI/data issue, and draft solutions for resolution.
Your goal is to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. Creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams of the organization will help you to enable overall process alignment.
Key job responsibilities:
The ACES manager will be working with Operations leaders and other cross functional teams.
(1) Deploy the middle mile Bench-marking processes which have been adapted for India to train ops leaders and establish sustainable mechanism.
(2) Use the PDCA methodology to drive small scale improvements in processes
(3) Use the Kaizen methodology to drive large scale process improvements or reduction in costs.
(4) Sustain roll out of Continuous improvement essentials and Kaizen essentials training to managers.
(5) Act as a subject matter expertise for SC ops/ACES for IN middle mile network
(6) Own the design, development, and maintenance of process excellence related metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
