Key job responsibilities
FCD process typically starts from picking up a unit from bin (shelving area) when an order is attached to Fulfillment Centre (FC). This is followed by packing of the shipment units in specific process paths using the recommended carton/box/paper mailers along with p-slip and then it is slammed where shipment label is affixed to the shipment. Thereafter it is sent to FC Dock for shipping it from FC to Sort Centre (SC)/Last Mile (LM).

A day in the life
Handle shift-wise responsibilities, preparing deployment plan and doing HC allocation, clearing Ex-SD's on time. · Prepare and publish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on productivity and quality. Conduct daily training and also will be responsible to conduct daily skill huddles · Quality Feedback to associates · Stand-in for Process Associate and the Area Manager Skills required: · Knowledge of problem solve tools · Good in people management and handling the larger team , ensure to deliver the shift level metrics and data analytics · Proficiency in MS Excel ( knowledge of macros an added advantage)

About the team
At FCD, we are currently a team of 3 Area Managers, 6 Team Leads and 6 Process Assistants. Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Excel
