We seek a motivated Commercial Operations Intern to join our dynamic US Roadshow Team at AMBOSS for our peak sales season from mid-June to the end of September.

Drive seamless execution of all pre- and post-event logistics to power our Roadshow success.

Expand our campus presence by activating student communities and digital channels.

Strengthen our on-campus visibility through ensuring smooth communication, materials management, and shipping logistics.

Own inbound leads and sponsorship coordination.

Act as the operational bridge between Roadshow and Marketing, localizing campaigns, aligning performance efforts, and supporting a cohesive social media strategy.

Build and maintain scalable systems (sign-ups, shops, access codes, cohort tracking) to support data-driven growth and operational excellence.

Enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace.

Familiarity with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker/Metabase, Asana, Google Sheets) is a plus.

The annual salary for this position is $45,000, and the contract will be pro-rated for 3 months.
