Facility Maintenance Technician / Handyman (Light Duty)

We are hiring a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support general building maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping. This is a light-duty role focused on keeping the facility clean, safe, and operational—no advanced mechanical or electrical work required. If you have experience in maintenance, janitorial, custodial, or general labor, this is a stable, full-time opportunity with consistent hours. Key Responsibilities:

Replace light bulbs and perform basic facility repairs General building maintenance and upkeep Cleaning of work areas, common spaces, and exterior grounds Light painting, patchwork, and touch-ups Trash removal and facility organization Outdoor maintenance: Lawn care/grass cutting Snow removal and salting Assist with basic handyman tasks (doors, fixtures, minor repairs) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
