B2B Sales and Relationship Manager

About the role AMINU is a science‐backed luxury skincare brand built around longevity, skin health, and professional‐grade formulations. As we scale our professional channel spanning salons, clinics, and beauty professionals, we're looking for a driven Business Development & Key Account Manager to lead partner acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and establish AMINU as the go‐to brand within the professional beauty ecosystem. You'll work directly with the founders, training team, and operations team, with high ownership from day one.

What you'll do

● Identify & onboard new salon, clinic, and professional partners & serve as primary POC for all partner accounts ● Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline while hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets ● Conduct partner meetings, product presentations, and field visits ● Drive repeat ordering and product adoption across accounts & monitor partner performance and identify growth levers ● Plan various marketing strategies to increase our visibility in the salons & support partner marketing, trainings & engagement events ● Expand AMINU's footprint across assigned geographies & map market opportunities and high‐potential partners ● Build and maintain relationships with salon owners, clinic heads & dermatologists

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or channel sales
• Strong relationship‐building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable with consistent outreach, follow‐ups, and sales conversations
• High ownership mindset — ability to work independently and hit targets
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, trainings, and market development
• Existing relationships within salons, clinics, beauty academies, distributors, or professional networks are a strong advantage.
