Brand Education and Training Specialist

We're looking for someone who understands skin, products, and facial treatments, and can confidently train salon and clinic teams on how to use them correctly.You will conduct product demos, facial treatment trainings, and refresher sessions for our partners. You'll also be the on-ground point of contact — answering questions, solving doubts, and ensuring therapists feel confident using AMINU products.If you enjoy teaching, talking to people, and working hands-on with skin, this role is for you.Conduct product and facial treatment trainings for salons and clinicsDemonstrate AMINU facial protocols clearly and correctlyTrain new partners and refresh existing teams across South IndiaRepresent AMINU during salon visits and meetingsWork closely with the Training Manager and Account ManagersAdapt training style based on therapist experience and salon needsShare feedback from the field to improve training and products

CIDESCO or equivalent skin qualification (mandatory)Strong understanding of skin and skin biologyAbility to perform and demonstrate facial treatments confidentlyFreshers can apply if fundamentals and practical skills are strong
