Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and maintain invoices in the ERP system.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and PF regulations.
• Support in account reconciliations, including regular ledger reviews and

variance analysis.

• Monitor and track vendor invoices, assist in processing payments, and

contribute to expense analysis and reporting.

• Work closely with the finance team on daily operational tasks, supporting the

preparation of financial reports and maintaining internal documentation.

Requirements

• Completed or MBA (Finance)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting and taxation principles
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute

• Seniority: Entry Level
