Key Responsibilities:

Edit 15–25 min YouTube videos with

high retention style

(cuts, zooms, subtitles, memes, SFX, etc.)

Implement motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and B-roll to boost engagement

Trim raw footage, sync audio, and manage media efficiently

Create compelling thumbnails

Maintain consistent brand style and tone across videos

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in video editing/graphics designing

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

Strong knowledge of

YouTube video formats, pacing, and content trends

Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into high-quality final videos

Basic understanding of sound design and colour correction
