Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a premier technical institution with a strong background in technology and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing: Leading the operational aspects of the project, ensuring the plan is put into motion and that the team is effectively carrying out their tasks.
• Monitoring and Controlling: Tracking the progress of the project, managing changes to the project scope, and schedule, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Leadership and Team Management: Providing direction and motivation to the project team, resolving conflicts, and promoting collaboration.
• Communication: Keeping clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and the project team, and managing expectations.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and issues.
• Quality Management: Ensuring the project's outputs meet the required standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying project stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and engaging them appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
• Procurement Management: Overseeing the procurement of necessary resources, services, and contracts to deliver the project

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier technical institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Strong leadership abilities, including team management and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
