Senior Recruiter

Role Summary: Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can drive hiring strategy, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery across AIW unit. The individual should be capable of building hiring plans, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering against aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and execute hiring strategy aligned to business goals.

· Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent demand forecasting.

· Drive end-to-end hiring for critical and niche roles.

· Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation guidance.

· Drive process excellence, hiring governance, and candidate experience.

Requirements:

· 3-6 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.

· Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

· Experience in building hiring strategies and managing large-scale hiring programs.

· Proven track record in technology, consulting, analytics, or leadership hiring.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

· Strong experience hiring for L&D Domain, analytics, technology, data science or AI/ML domains domain.

· Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

· Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

· Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.

· Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in niche hiring.

· Knowledge of market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and offer management.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
