Junior .NET Developer

Your Role:

As a Junior .NET Developer, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge software solutions. You will have the chance to work on projects that require quick learning and adaptability to stay up to date with the latest best practices, tools, and processes. With the autonomy to work with minimal guidance, your contributions will directly impact our team's success.

What We Look For:

• Technical Skills: You should be proficient in writing clean, scalable code in C# and possess a basic understanding of Microsoft's .NET Infrastructure. Knowledge of UML, object-oriented programming (OOP), Object-Oriented Design principles, data structures, and algorithms is essential. A strong command of relational and non-relational databases, coupled with SQL expertise, is crucial.
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with modern UI technologies like Blazor.NET and awareness of cloud platform concepts will be advantageous.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential, as effective communication is key to our collaborative team environment.

Work Location:

• Remote Work: You will have the flexibility to work from home. We will provide a virtual machine for work purposes, and you will be responsible for arranging your physical machine.
• Network Requirements: A minimum broadband network speed of 16 Mbps and access to electricity backup are required for a seamless work experience.
• Working Environment: We value a comfortable and calm working environment to enhance productivity and focus.

Working Hours:

• Indian Timezone: Our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the Indian timezone.
• Weekends Off: You can enjoy your weekends as we observe Saturdays and Sundays as non-working days.

Payment Information:

Upon your selection, we will offer you a total package of ₹4,32,000, which includes a joining bonus to be paid after the completion of the 6-month probation period, along with a variable payment of ₹30,000.
