We specialize in working with autistic children under the age of 6 using a neurodiversity affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach to our clinical services. As a BCBA at ANNA, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach. You'll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. This role is center-based and focused on delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years.
