Senior Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful launch of campaigns.
• Develop engaging and relevant content for different marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze data to assist in marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content.
• Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Planning and organizing events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site activities.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and maintaining marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in electronics hardware marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
