Business Analyst Intern

We collaborate with global clients to design and deliver scalable, user-centric gaming solutions across mobile, web, and emerging technologies.As part of Antier's growing gaming vertical, we are looking for passionate individuals who understand games not just as products, but as player experiences, systems, and business models.The intern will work closely with game designers, developers, QA teams, and product managers, assisting in requirement analysis, documentation, and delivery of engaging gaming products.Key Responsibilities:Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for game features, mechanics, and gameplay systemsSupport analysis of player flows, game progression, levels, rewards, and monetization modelsCreate and maintain documentation such as Game Requirement Documents (GRDs), user stories, use cases, and flow diagramsHelp translate game design concepts into clear and structured functional requirementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-upsAssist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating game features against documented requirementsAnalyze player feedback, bugs, and feature requests to support continuous game improvementResearch gaming trends, genres, competitors, and player behaviorCoordinate with design, development, and QA teams under the guidance of senior team members

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Gaming Intern with a strong interest in game mechanics, player journeys, and gaming product analysis.
