Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our business development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have strong communication skills and an interest in sales, marketing, and client outreach. The selected candidate will support the team in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads using digital platforms.Key Responsibilitiesa). Lead Generation & ProspectingResearch and identify potential leads using online platforms and tools.Generate leads through LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Discord, email, and other digital channels.Build and maintain a structured database of prospects.Qualify leads based on basic criteria before sharing with the sales team.b). Outreach & CommunicationInitiate first-level communication with prospects via messages, emails, or social platforms.Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients.Follow up with prospects and maintain proper records.Assist in scheduling calls or meetings for senior business development members.c). Social Media & Online ResearchExplore and engage with relevant communities on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Discord.Identify decision-makers and business opportunities through online research.Support basic brand outreach and awareness activities.d). Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily and weekly lead generation reports.Track outreach activities and responses.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.

Freshers or up to 6 months of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of social media platforms. Familiarity with LinkedIn is required; experience with X (Twitter) or Discord is a plus. Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and outreach tools. Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, email tools). Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
