Program Manager

The Program Manager - The Bridge Fellowship role at Anubhuti is focused on ensuring quality education for all children, particularly those from marginalized communities. The role involves leading a program, developing team members (Community Managers, Bridge fellows, and Program Associates), fostering a positive organizational culture, and serving as the ambassador for the movement. Key responsibilities include program management, data tracking and analysis, training and coaching, designing learning spaces, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing thought partnership to achieve the organization's goals. The Manager will develop a plan to implement the program effectively, utilizing existing resources and adapting to local needs. This role is about driving sustainable impact and creating a lasting positive change.

At least 1 year should have been spent in an operations leadership role. Master's/bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
