Responsibilities:

• Manage the bid process to achieve the optimum cost, inventory and cash profiles to secure new contracts and help achieve growth targets

• Assist with strategic procurement decisions to reduce cost and optimise inventory.

• Analyse demand to implement lean supply chain solutions supporting customer demand across Europe and Asia

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure the best terms are achieved for Apollo

• Support the sales team with Strategic sourcing of items to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Strategic Procurement / Sourcing experience

• Strong Analytical Skills

• Research clients, competitors and new tools

• Ensure submissions are compliant, well-presented and adhere to Apollo's behaviours and work guidelines

• Manage and maintain opportunity data within our systems making sure that information is easy to find and clearly presented

• Ensure submissions are followed up and outcomes recorded

• Assist with follow-up actions post-submission
