Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives, from market research to product launches.
• Manage high-priority projects and cross-functional collaborations, ensuring timely execution.
• Analyze business performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead special projects, pilot new business ideas, and help drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, startup leadership, or similar entrepreneurial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a first-principles approach.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proven track record of taking projects from concept to execution.
• No formal degree required; prior startup or founding experience is a major plus.
