Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Conduct audience research to refine targeting and messaging.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing social media accounts for brands or projects.

• Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in basic design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• No formal college degree required; relevant portfolio and results speak louder.
