Senior Analyst - Operations Support

Overview

The Senior Analyst – Operations Support (Vendor Management) will be responsible for managing vendors involved in Address Verification (AV) and Education Verification (EV) processes. The role includes assigning cases, tracking progress, ensuring quality, resolving issues, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely completion of verifications as per client requirements and SLAs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review cases received from clients and assign them to the respective vendors.
• Coordinate with AV (Address Verification) and EV (Education Verification) vendors for timely completion of verification checks.
• Track pending cases and follow up regularly to ensure closures within TAT.
• Raise and resolve discrepancies, insufficiencies, and operational issues with vendors.
• Review vendor reports and supporting documents before final submission.
• Maintain the quality and accuracy of verification reports.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with vendors for smooth operations.
• Monitor vendor performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Coordinate for vendor invoices and payment-related activities.
• Share progress reports, vendor performance reports, and operational updates with management.
