GIS Intern

About the Role

This is a three-month, full-time, on-site internship for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience on live geospatial projects. You will work directly with our GIS engineers and drone team rather than on isolated practice exercises

What You Will Do

• Process and analyze satellite and drone imagery for active client projects.
• Perform digitization, geo referencing, and spatial data quality checks
• Assist with drone survey planning, ground control setup, and field data collection
• Build maps, layouts, and analysis outputs for project deliverables
• Document workflows and contribute to internal product testing

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Geo informatics, Remote Sensing, Geology, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related field
• Working knowledge of QGIS or ArcGIS
• Basic understanding of coordinate systems, projections, and spatial data formats
• Python or scripting experience is an advantage, not a requirement
• Willing to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli for the full three months
