Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and validate probate-related documents including Death Certificates, Letters of Administration, Affidavits, Court Orders, Heirship documents, and Trust/Estate records.
  • Identify deficiencies, missing documentation, and coordinate follow-ups for resolution.
  • Onboard new claimants and maintain accurate claimant/case records in internal systems.
  • Manage probate inventory queues, aging reports, and workflow tracking to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Prepare operational MIS reports, dashboards, productivity trackers, and deficiency reports.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Advanced Excel, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and U.S.-based local counsel for status updates and issue resolution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, SOP maintenance, governance controls, and reporting automation activities.
  • Participate in cross-training and business continuity support activities.
  • Escalate legal interpretation questions and claimant-specific legal concerns to U.S.-based management or counsel in accordance with operational protocols.
  • India-based, supporting U.S. business hours (flexible/overlap shift required).

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably- commerce background).
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in MNC with exposure to client interactions and document processing.
  • Preferred understanding of legal and legal documentation review.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and workflow coordination

Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Data Reconciliation, Macros
  • SQL: Basic to intermediate querying, joins, and data extraction.
  • Power BI: Dashboard creation, KPI reporting, and data visualization.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of U.S. probate operations, legal documentation review, deficiency identification, and workflow coordination
  • Hands-on experience on Microsoft Copilot or Any AI tools
  • Hands-on experience with advanced Jira functions and Rovo agents.

Interpersonal & Professional Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills with the ability to engage independently with U.S.-basedstakeholders.
  • Demonstrates reliability, process alignment, and disciplined coordination across service lines and time zones.
  • Proficient in managing high-volume tasks and multiple priorities while consistently meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ability to identify workflow gaps and propose structured, solution-oriented improvements.
  • Self-driven, with strong ownership of workstreams and readiness for higher responsibilities.
  • Quickly adapts to new tools, processes, and service-line requirements to maintain operational continuity.
  • Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, listening, and critical thinking skills. Maintain accurate workflow notes, status updates, and audit-ready documentation in accordance with SOPs and governance standards
