Description
- Coordinate with IP Counsels and provide recommendations on invention disclosures for assisting in filing decision.
- Prosecute patent applications before the Indian Patent Office, EPO, USPTO, UKIPO.
- Proficient in patent drafting and prosecution across multiple jurisdictions and a good understanding of the IP system and laws.
- Support the preparation and prosecution of patent applications by gathering input from the inventors.
- Deliver prosecution projects including independently formulating response strategy for office actions along with complete draft responses to office actions.
- Mentor team members on assigned technology areas and provide direction and guidance to team members for formulating response strategy for office actions.
- Prepare, prosecute U.S. U.K. PCT, EP, Indian and International patent applications in-house and with outside counsel.
- Review invention disclosure, portfolio analyses; work with technical patent inventors, and patent review committee.
