APPLICATION ENGINEER - EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Sampling & Technical Validation

      • Conduct material and substrate sampling as per project specifications and QA protocols.

      • Document site conditions, application readiness, and deviations with photographic and written reports.

      • Coordinate with lab teams for sample analysis and result interpretation.

2. Onsite Training & Skill Development

      • Deliver hands-on training sessions to applicators and site teams on product usage, safety, and installation techniques.

      • Customise training content for multilingual and culturally diverse teams.

      • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Complaint Handling & Resolution

      • Investigate product- or application-related complaints through site visits and stakeholder interviews.

      • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

      • Maintain detailed complaint logs and ensure timely closure with client satisfaction.

4. Field Supervision & Compliance Monitoring

      • Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.

      • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material logistics to maintain workflow continuity.

      • Escalate non-compliance or critical issues to senior technical or operations teams.

Requirements

1. Candidate should be willing for hands on product demonstrations, sampling and testing on site. 

2. Co-ordinate with contractor, client for getting sample or testing work done at site

3. On site training to Masons and supervisors 

4. Complaint Handling etc
