Business Analyst

Aris Infra is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup in the constructionmaterial space. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our strategy team in Mumbai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financialplanning and analysis activities of ArisInfra in Mumbai. This role will play a crucial part in thebudgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, providing valuable insights tosupport strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset,excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functionalteam.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning: Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of theannual budget and long-term financial plans.2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends,variances, and opportunities. Prepare and present reports to senior management.3. KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics toevaluate the company's performance and identify areas for improvement.4. Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost optimization andefficiency improvements.5. Financial Modelling: Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.6. Ad-hoc Analysis: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested bymanagement.

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMA) is a plus. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
